I design enterprise platforms that help teams make confident decisions in complex, data-driven environments. My work focuses on transforming fragmented, high-stakes workflows into clear, scalable systems that balance usability, governance, and operational reality.
I bring a systems-thinking approach shaped by experience across enterprise finance and operations, blockchain platforms, education tools, and consumer mobile and e-commerce products. Whether designing role-based applications, administrative controls, or decision-support interfaces, I prioritize clarity, trust, and long-term scalability, ensuring systems are not only usable, but adopted, governed, and sustained over time.
How I Work
I start by understanding the problem that triggered the work, who will use the system day-to-day, and what constraints shape the solution. Before designing, I work closely with product and business partners to clarify requirements, edge cases, and success criteria.
I collaborate throughout the process, reviewing concepts with stakeholders, iterating based on feedback, and partnering closely with engineering to ensure designs are practical and scalable. I value early technical alignment to avoid rework and to design systems that can be built, maintained, and evolved over time.
Much of my work spans multiple initiatives in parallel, requiring careful planning, prioritization, and clear communication to deliver meaningful progress across projects. I balance depth and momentum by sequencing work intentionally, aligning dependencies early, and focusing effort where design decisions have the greatest impact, ensuring teams can move forward confidently and on time.
